This cookie policy (hereinafter the ‘Policy’) describes how PIERSTONE BV/SRL (hereinafter ‘Pierstone’, ‘the Firm’, ‘we’ or ‘our’) uses cookies and other similar trackers when you visit the website accessible at www.pierstone.be (hereinafter the ‘Website’). It has been drawn up in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter the ‘GDPR’), the Belgian Act of 30 July 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, the Act of 13 June 2005 on electronic communications transposing Directive 2002/58/EC, known as the ‘ePrivacy Directive’, as well as the recommendations of the Data Protection Authority (hereinafter the ‘DPA’) and the guidelines of the European Data Protection Board (hereinafter the ‘EDPB’).
